设备介绍

三元二次机械手一种热锻多工位机械手，将多套模具安装于同一冲床上连续自动化生产，可以提高生产过程的自动化程度，生产过程中应用三次元冲压机械手，有利于提高材料的传送，工件的装卸、刀具的更换等自动化进程。

Three dimensional second manipulator is a kind of hot forging multi-station manipulator, which installs multiple sets of molds on the same punch for continuous automatic production, which can improve the automation degree of the production process. The application of three dimensional stamping manipulator in the production process is conducive to improving the transmission of materials, the loading and unloading of workpieces, the replacement of tools and other automatic processes.

设备特点

1、产品V型夹块磨损后，旋下螺栓，从而完成V型夹块的拆卸，更换方便、快捷；

2、设置的长条孔，可以调节V型夹块的实际安装位置，减少因为V型夹块的加工误差，导致夹爪组件夹紧毛坯时，同心度偏差大的问题；

3、本发明通过设置断冲头保护对冲头的状态进行监测、出料保护防止毛坯未打出而造成模具损坏以及夹爪组件能检测毛坯是否被钳爪夹住，从而实现全自动生产（选配）。
