设备介绍

液压翻斗机主要用于锻造生产线原材料的自动上料作业，设备可将原材料平稳翻卸至提升设备，搭配搓板式上料结构，实现连续、平稳、匀速的自动化上料工序。设备全程自动化运行，有效替代传统人工上料模式，规避人工操作弊端，大幅提升生产线整体上料效率与作业稳定性，降低人工成本，助力锻造生产线自动化、规模化、高效化生产运转。

The hydraulic tipping machine is specially used for automatic feeding of raw materials in forging production lines. It can steadily tip and feed raw materials into the elevator. Equipped with a rubbing plate feeding structure, the equipment realizes continuous, stable and uniform automatic feeding. With full automatic operation, it effectively replaces traditional manual feeding modes, avoids the drawbacks of manual operation, greatly improves the feeding efficiency and operational stability of the production line, reduces labor costs, and supports the automatic, large-scale and efficient operation of forging production lines.
